Regulatory and permitting documentation

Non-combustible inorganic insulation Thermalin (thermal insulation boards made of aerated concrete Thermalin) meets the requirements of:

State Standard DSTU B V.2.7-164:2008 "Aerated concrete heat-insulating products. Technical conditions", pp. 3.3; 4.3; 4.4; 4.6; 4.8
State Construction Standards DBN V.1.1-7-2002 "Fire safety of construction objects", p. 2.2 (non-combustible materials)
The use of thermal insulation boards of cellular concrete Termalin as additional (effective) insulation of protective building structures is regulated by the provisions of:
State Standard DSTU B V.2.6-34:2008 "Constructions of buildings and structures. Constructions of external walls with facade thermal insulation. Classification and general technical requirements"
State Construction Standards DBN V. 2.6.-31:2006 "Thermal insulation of buildings"
The use of Thermalin insulation ensures that the insulated structure unconditionally achieves the regulatory thermal resistance indicators and is carried out without restrictions related to the flammability of the insulation material.

Thermal insulation is a product in the form of rectangular panels (plates) with a width of 600 mm, a height of 400 mm and a thickness ranging from 100 to 200 mm.

The Thermalin material is a lightweight solid monolith with a porous structure, made of Portland cement using the gas generation technology of a water-cement mixture without the use of fillers.

The volumetric structure of the material is formed by more than 90% of open and interconnected air cavities (pores) in a stable framework of hydrated cement particles - crystal hydrates.
